David J. Hennigar - Chairman of the Board

Director and largest shareholder of High Liner Foods Inc., a major North American marketer of seafood products (listed TSX); Mr. Hennigar is Executive Chairman of Thornridge Holdings Limited; Chairman of Annapolis Group Inc., a major real estate developer and Director of Envirosystems Inc., a leading environmental company.
He is Chairman of Landmark Global Financial Corporation (listed NEX); Chairman and Acting President of Aquarius Coatings Inc. (Listed TSXV) and Chairman of Grand River Ironsands Incorporated.
He is an investment advisor with Altus Securities Inc.
He is also a director of several other companies, including, SolutionInc Technologies Limited (listed NEX) and Medx Health Corp. (listed NEX) and Aquarius Surgical Technologies (CSE:ASTI).
Francis MacKenzie – Director and President
Bedford, Nova Scotia
President and Director of Grand River Ironsands since 2007.
Mr. MacKenzie is a builder and leader of public companies and has operated several businesses.
He was a senior official in municipal and provincial governments in economic development roles, including heading up Investment and Trade for the Province of Nova Scotia. He was Leader of a provincial political party.
He has raised over $40 million for companies he has been involved over the past 15 years and remains active in capital raising and financial markets.
He holds an EMBA ('92) from Saint Mary's University and a BBA from St. Francis Xavier University ('82).
Jean-Marc MacKenzie – Director
A member of the Bar in Ontario. He has 16 years of executive experience with international healthcare companies extensively involved in the mining industry with respect to health and safety regulatory compliance and health management. Mr. MacKenzie was a Senior VP of Morneau Shepell Ltd. (TSX:MSI) and currently Executive Vice President, FranMed.
Paul Snelgrove – Director

Businessman in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL as well as Chairman of the HVGB Airport Authority.
Ms. Qupee is the former Grand Chief of the Innu First Nation and co-chair of the Innu Development Limited Partnership.
Innu First Nation appointee. Mr. Poker is the former Grand Chief of the Innu First Nation.

Excess of 5 years in handling all aspects of communications and investor relations, alongside environmental permitting. MBA from Saint Mary's University ('21); Bachelor of Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University ('12).
